Cancellation Policy & Procedure

REFUNDS:  If you need to cancel your registration, the following fees apply and will be deducted from any tuition paid to date. Registration Fees are non-refundable.


March 15 through April 15:  $25.00 Cancellation Fee per semester

April 16 through May 15:  $50.00 Cancellation Fee per semester

May 16 through June 1:  $75.00 Cancellation Fee per semester

June 1 through June 11:  $110.00 Cancellation Fee per semester

No Refunds are offered after June 12

*Please note that cancellation fees are deducted from the original payment for tuition and may take up to four weeks to process.

Cancellation Fees are waived if the student must attend Credit Recovery or for Medical Reasons that prevent the student from attending.

*Refunds are issued to the original purchaser only.

Registration Online Service Information

Only one student can be registered at a time. If you are registering multiple students, you will need to complete one student before registering the next.

The system we are using this year is different from last year. Our new system is Local Level Events.  You will be prompted to create an account before beginning. Click Create Account to start the process. (If you have used Local Level Events before you may have an existing account.)

Tips: Have all information handy to enter: name, date of birth, address, parents/guardians names, contact phone numbers, emergency contact information, important health information that you need to share. Redlands students need to enter the Permanent ID number from Aeries. From Aeries, Click – Student Info, then Demographics. The Permanent ID is the lower number to the right of their picture, labeled Perm ID#.
